Packages are delivered directly to individual apartment homes.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Garage parking is also available for rent, with 44 garage spaces available at $150 per month.

EV charging stations are not currently available.

• Classic homes: Original 1985 finishes.
• Renovated homes: White kitchen cabinets, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, laminate or quartz bathroom counters, plank flooring in main living areas, and carpeted bedrooms.
• Top-floor homes: All top-floor units include newly installed stackable washers and dryers, regardless of renovation status.
Finish packages may vary by apartment home.

Laundry options include in-unit washers and dryers in select homes, as well as shared laundry options. Top-floor homes include newly installed stackable washers and dryers.

Nearby employers and business centers are not currently listed. The community is near retail centers, restaurants, and three supermarkets located about a quarter mile down Golf Road.

Nearby schools include Arlington Heights School District 25, Community Consolidated School District 59, and the Academy at Forest View School.

Lease terms are typically available for 6–12 months. Depending on the time of year and availability, 13–15 month lease terms may also be offered.
